At Swainbees Nursery, we shall at all times, strive to provide a safe, friendly and caring environment, in which your child will take some important first steps in life. 

 

“Children enjoy their time in the nursery and have happy, warm relationships with staff and each other.  Excellent knowledge and understanding of children’s individual needs ensure that staff successfully promote children’s welfare and learning in an inclusive environment. 

 

The manager successfully identifies areas for development and has started to introduce systems to meet the requirements of the new Early Years Foundation Stage.  These are continuing to be developed and to fully involve staff and parents.”

We aim to:

 

· provide high quality care and education for children primarily below statutory school age,

· work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop,

· ensure that staffing level are of the highest possible standards and that staff keep up to date with continuing professional training.
